Update: 7:40 AM connectivity restored.
Update: 6:30 AM during this maintenance a gateway router failed. A small subset of customers still do not have connectivity. We are currently replacing the failed router and hope to restore connectivity ASAP.
Update: Maintenance Postponed for 24 hours, will resume tomorrow 4/15/21 starting at 2:00AM
Wednesday, 04/14/21, starting at 2:00 AM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting Fusion and FlexLink copper customers in San Francisco. Expected down time within the maintenance window is approximately 30 min. The maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thanks for the update–I’ve been down since around 2am in Civic Center San Francisco and have no service as of 7:17 a.m. This is is problematic as I have to do a series of remote court appearances beginning at 830am for clients and my phone’s WiFi. which is my only connectivity at this point, is likely to get overwhelmed. Thank you for doing all you can to restore service ASAP.
