On March 23rd, starting at 2am, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving the edge of the Sonic network. Customers may experience moments of routing instability, however, no connectivity interruption is expected. This maintenance window is 2 hours.
Update 5:35PM: All services have been restored as of 4:50PM.
Today at 4:47PM, we began experiencing network connectivity issues to Cloverdale. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.

Update 7:20PM: Services out of Mendocino, Ukiah and Fort Brag have been restored back to normal. Cloverdale is still down.
Update 5:00PM: We still don’t have an estimated time of repair, but rest assured that our team is hard at work restoring service.
Today at 1/27/22 3:20PM, we began experiencing network connectivity issues north of Santa Rosa due to a suspected fiber cut. Fusion DSL and Flexlink Ethernet/Long-Range services are affected by this. Services out of Cloverdale are down and services out of Mendocino, Healdsburg, Ukiah, Fort Bragg are in a degraded state. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.
