Update 2:41AM: Intrusive work started at 2:18am. The maintenance is now complete.
Tomorrow night(11/2/21) at 2:00 AM we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting a small subset of Fusion Fiber customers in the Albany area. The expected down time is approximately 15-30 minutes. The maintenance window is 2 hours.
Next time notify customers that will be impacted. Interrupted work.
We are still without service in Albany. Check Nextdoor, other folks have outages too.
