Tonight, June 6th, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing power work on a small subset of equipment serving legacy products in one of our San Francisco datacenters. We do not expect any  customer impact from this procedure.

Update: This maintenance is now complete
Tonight, at midnight, we will reboot one of our DHCP servers that handles legacy DSL customers terminated in San Francisco onto a new kernel.  The server should be down for only a few minutes and little to no interruption of services should occur for the 2,700 affected customers.  This update will resolve a problem with an Ethernet transceiver lockup affecting one of the servers redundant uplinks.

Update Wed Mar 6 00:14:32 PST 2013, maintenance complete. Total downtime for the server was less that 5 minutes.
A DHCP server has failed that serves a subset of legacy dsl customers in the LA area. We are currently working on re-routing its DHCP traffic to a backup server.

Tonight, at 11:59 PM, we will be performing maintenance on routers that service legacy DSL customers in the bay area. Downtime is expected to be less than 10 minutes.

A failing ATM port was identified in our network earlier this morning. This port caused a couple of brief outages for a small subset of customers in the bay area. All affected circuits have now been moved off the failing port.

We have identified and repaired an issue that caused DHCP failures for a subset of DSL customers in the L.A. area. If you have any further trouble with your DSL connection please contact our support department as usual.
