On 11/12/2020 at 11:48 PM a router went unreachable for a subset of Fusion DSL customers served in Oakland, CA. Network Engineering is currently investigating. Symptoms are modem still in sync, but no surf or phone service. Updates to follow.

Maintenance completed successfully.
On 11/6/2020 between 2:00 AM PDT and 5:00 AM PDT we will be performing intrusive data connectivity maintenance on a small subset of Fusion Fiber customers aggregated out of Albany, CA. Voice services will not be affected by this maintenance. Expected ÂÂdowntime for customers is estimated at 5 minutes, though lasting up to 10 in some instances. This service interruption will occur once near the start of the operation, and once towards the conclusion of the procedure. We will be directly messaging affected customers via SMS/E-mail ahead of the work to be performed and after the conclusion of the maintenance.

Tonight (10/13/2020) at 11:59pm we will be performing intrusive maintenance on a portion of our San Francisco Fusion Fiber network in the Mission & Richmond districts. There will be an expected period of up to 30 minutes of total connectivity interruptions as subscriber devices reconnect to the network during this operation. The maintenance window is 4 hours.
Update(3:30AM): Maintenance Complete
Starting at 11:59PM on Wednesday, September 16th, we will be performing maintenance on core routing equipment that serves all legacy DSL customers as well as Fusion/FlexLink customers in the Sacramento area. Expected downtime for this operation is under 30 minutes. The maintenance window is open until 4am.

Tomorrow (9/15/20) at 11:59PM we will be performing maintenance on network hardware serving our Fusion Fiber customers in San Bruno/South SF. This maintenance may cause a few minutes of customer downtime spread over the course of work. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.
