Tuesday, September 24, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting Fusion and FlexLink copper customers in Sebastopol. Expected down time is approximately 1 hour. The maintenance window is 3 hours.

Update: This maintenance has been rescheduled for September 24th at 11pm.

Tonight beginning at 11pm we will be applying updates to various systems including mail and DNS.  We expect any disruption to services to be brief and to complete the maintenance within 2 hours.

Tonight, between 11pm and 4am we will be performing routine system maintenance on copper based services for a very small subset of customers in the following areas: Windsor and Petaluma.

Expected impact is 2-5 minutes of connectivity interruptions that will resolve automatically.

Update(1:43am): Maintenance complete, however the problems exhibited by this piece of equipment have not been fully resolved. All service affecting symptoms have been mitigated via a temporary workaround while we work with our hardware vendor to find a permanent solution.

Tonight, September 19, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing a reboot of equipment serving a small set of Business Park Fiber circuits in Santa Rosa, Healdsburg and Petaluma. Expected customer downtime is 20 minutes. This maintenance window is 4 hours.

Update: We are investigating an issue with our shell server, however all other services are restored and the maintenance is complete.

Tonight beginning at 11pm we will be updating a multitude of systems.  We expect any service downtime to be minimal and to complete the maintenance within 2 hours.
