Network Maintenance

Tonight beginning at 11:59PM PST we will be performing software upgrades of routers in the San Francisco area as well as in our Santa Rosa datacenter. No impact to customers is expected outside of traffic routing around these routers during the upgrades.

Fusion/FlexLink Intrusive Maintenance

3:32AM PDT – This maintenance took roughly 3 separate 5-10 minute outages for a single pop, but is now complete.

Tomorrow morning, 12/4/2014 at 1:00 AM, we will be performing maintenance on equipment serving Fusion and FlexLink customers in San Francisco. Expected downtime is less than 15 minutes.

Server maintenance tonight starting at 11:59pm. The following services may experience interruptions:

  • Mail/Webmail
  • Member Tools
  • Customer hosted sites
  • MySQL Databases
  • IPv6 Tunnel services

The maintenance window is several hours, but interruptions to individual services will be brief.

Spam Filtering Issues Resolved

This morning we discovered that a missing firewall rule on an internal HAProxy cluster was preventing some messages from being run through spam filtering as part of message delivery.  In addition, a bug affecting the application of user defined blacklists to large messages in some circumstances was resolved yesterday afternoon.  Both of these issues resulted in a increase of spam noted by some users which was brought to our attention by support.

FlexLink Maintenence

Tonight at midnight we will be performing maintenence on equipment in Santa Clara. Only a very small subset of our FlexLink customers will be affected for no more than 15 minutes.
