Tonight, December 15, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing intrusive maintenance on aggregation equipment serving Fusion/FlexLink customers in the Cloverdale area. Expected downtime is less than 15 minutes.

Sonic.net will be closed Friday, 12/12/2014 from 5pm to 11pm for our annual staff holiday party. We will return Saturday to our normal working hours, and we will call back anyone who left us a message during the closure. Our 24×7 network operations team will still be on call for our Enterprise, dedicated circuit and colocation customers.

Tonight beginning at 11:59PM PST we will be performing software upgrades of routers in the San Francisco area as well as in our Santa Rosa datacenter. No impact to customers is expected outside of traffic routing around these routers during the upgrades.

In 5 minutes there will be a service impacting event for a subset of FlexLink and Fusion customers at SNFCCA01 in San Francisco. This is expected to last 5-15 minutes.

Tonight beginning at 11:59PM PDT we will be performing a software upgrade of equipment servicing all voice users. This is not expected to be service impacting and should take roughly 30 minutes.
