Northern California Core Maintenance

Update 12:26AM: Maintenance has been successfully completed for the night.

Tonight, 5/16/22, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing non-intrusive maintenance on core routing equipment in our northern California network.

We do not expect this work to cause any customer impact. The maintenance window is open until 4am.

Faxback Server Maintenance

Friday 5/13/2022 06:00AM we will be performing emergency maintenance on our Faxback Server. This maintenance will only affect Enterprise Faxback services. The expected downtime is 15 minutes, and the maintenance window is 2 hours.

Phone Switch Maintenance

Update: 12:10 AM Maintenance is complete.

May 12th, 2022, at 11:59 PM we will be performing maintenance on our phone switch. No service interruptions are expected as a result of this maintenance.  The window for this maintenance is 4 hours.

Legacy DSL Outage

Update: All customer connectivity was restored around 10:15PM this evening.  Additional work to restore power redundancy continued and has since successfully completed.

We are currently investigating an event in one of our data centers that appears to have caused an outage to all legacy DSL services.  Approximate outage beginning was 7:06p.  Work is ongoing to rapidly identify and resolve the event causing this issue.

Benecia, Buena Park, Brea, Corona Del Mar, Costa Mesa, Fullerton – Intrusive Maintenance for Fusion and FlexLink Copper Services

Update 5/13/2022 2:03AM: This maintenance is now complete.

Thursday, 5/12/2022, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting Fusion and FlexLink copper customers in Benecia, Buena Park, Brea, Corona Del Mar, Costa Mesa, Fullerton. Expected down time within the maintenance window is approximately 30 min. The maintenance window is 4 hours.

Burlingame – Fusion Fiber Intrusive Maintenance

Update 4:20AM: This maintenance is now complete.

Tomorrow (5/6/22), starting at 2:00 AM, Fusion Fiber customers in the Burlingame area will experience a service interruption while we perform maintenance. The expected down time is about 30 minutes while the equipment upgrades. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.
