Friday morning (8/26/22), starting at 1:00AM, a subset of fiber customers in the Albany and Berkeley area will experience a brief service interruption while we perform maintenance on hardware serving their connections. The expected downtime is about 45 minutes. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.

Your fiber intrusive maintenance has left us slow speeds, instead of the gig speed we are getting, we are getting speeds 10 times slower. Your tech support people claim there is no issues. But service worked fine until you completed this service.
Hello Anastasia. We are sorry to hear about the slow speeds you are encountering after our intrusive maintenance. Sometimes it cane take a day or two for the service to regulate after this. Are you still experiencing slow speeds now, a few days later?
