Tonight beginning at 10PM PST we will be upgrading software on our customer VPN servers. The downtime to affected services should be very brief, and clients should reconnect automatically (if configured to do so). We expect the maintenance to be completed within 1 hour.

Sonic Support will be closing early for Christmas Eve and be closed Christmas Day. On 12/24 our operating hours for Technical Support will be from 8am – 5pm. On 12/25 we will be closed. We will resume regular operations on 12/26 at 8am.
