Customers will experience a telephone service interruption while we perform this work. The expected down time is about 15 minutes while the equipment reboots. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.

Today at 3:21pm, we began experiencing network connectivity issues for copper DSL services in Rohnert Park. We are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible and will update as more details become available.

Starting at 11:59PM on Monday, August 24th, we will be performing maintenance on core routing equipment that serves all legacy DSL customers as well as Fusion/FlexLink customers in the Sacaramento area. Expected downtime for this operation is under 30 minutes. The maintenance window is open until 4am.
