Fri Jun 13 00:32:05 PDT 1997 — We’ve upgraded our telephone system to a new unit which provides slick queue handling, more expansion and better administrative functions. Technical support now has a new number, 707-547-3400 and help is is still available from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday. Of course, if you’re reading this, you’re online and should be using resources at www.sonic.net/help/ so perhaps announcing this in the MOTD doesn’t serve much purpose. However, if you’re recommending Sonic, you can note that our telephone support services have improved. -Dane
