Thu Oct 3 14:58:28 PDT 2002 — UUNet Instability. Today at around 8:00EDT, UUNet (one of our upstream providers) started experiencing packet loss and latency in its network. This problem, which is still ongoing, has resulted in slow or stalled connections between Sonic and remote sites. Unfortunately, UUNet does not yet have an ETR.
