Thu May 1 10:28:38 PDT 2003 — We are seeing ~1-3% packet loss on our circuit that connects our pop in San Jose to our Santa Rosa Headquarters. The loss is resulting in poor performance to some network destinations. We are currently working with our vendor to resolve the trouble. -Kelsey, Nathan, John and Matt.
