Due to a hardware failure, DSL customers on DSL GW3 are presently offline. Our NOC is enacting a repair and full connectivity should be restored in approximately 20 minutes.

I had problems a few hours ago in Windsor. I’m not sure where GW3 is but, our DSL was down for about 20 minutes before it magically came back up. Modem reboot had no effect and the modem lights were all OK.
