Legacy DSL Outage

We are in the process of diagnosing a Legacy DSL outage that appears to be affecting much of Northern California.  We are actively working with our vendor to resolve this outage as soon as possible.  At this time there is no estimated time of repair.

Update: Our vendor has diagnosed the cause of this outage as a defective ATM card within their network.  The card has been replaced and service has been restored to all affected users.

    Glad to hear that things are back up and running. That being said, the symptoms you were reporting don’t line up with the symptoms we were seeing for this outage. If the problem persists please contact our support group for troubleshooting assistance.

  2. I appreciated the outage message being on the Sonic.net support phone as well. That way I didn’t have to sit on hold waiting for a support rep to tell me it was OK to stop troubleshooting my router 🙂
