A issue with one of our DSLAMs in Albany had caused a subset of our customers in the area to go offline. We believe the issue to be resolved at this point.

We saw that: and when it came back the modem (a Westel 372W) decided to permanently revert to PPPoE mode, even after power cycling. We had to hard reset the settings.
