Beginning tonight at midnight, we will be performing upgrades on equipment serving Fusion and Flexlink customers in Healdsburg. Expected downtime for this operation can be up to 2 hours, but is typically under 30 minutes for most customers.

Oddly, at 12:05am there was a Fusion/Flexlink outage in oakland and FTTN users in Alameda experienced an outage.

Dave: This was unrelated to the maintenance in Healdsburg. However, I am told by one of our other network engineers that there was emergency maintenance performed for a subset of Fusion/Flexlink customers in Oakland last night around midnight. We apologize for the brief downtime.
