We are currently investigating a reachability issue to certain pieces of networking equipment which serves many of our Santa Rosa Northpoint Business fiber customers as well as some customers with transport into our colocation facility. There is currently no ETR but an update will be posted as soon as we have more information from our engineering team.
Hi, I’m in downtown Sebastopol, 6932 Sebastopol Ave, and I have two computer stations at my business. One is working properly, the other can’t maintain a connection. Would that make sense with two connections in the same location?
