Update: 6:45 AM All service has been restored. Two gateway routes had to be replaced after they did not come back up after a software upgrade. We are working with our vendors to determine the cause so this does not happen in the future.
Update: 2:47 AM We have had equipment failure during this maintenance. We have dispatched a technician out to replace the equipment.

@3:03am Dec 12, in SF my Fusion phone line won’t send o4 receive calls and my Internet line is down since 11:59pm the 11th.
