Update – 12:22PM: If you requested a callback from Technical Support during the outage, the outage has since been resolved, and all pending callbacks have been expunged. If you are continuing to experience issues, please give technical support a call at your earliest convenience.
Update – 11:40AM: We believe a DNS issue has been identified and resolved. Customer connectivity should be restored network wide.
As of around 11AM, we began receiving reports from customers of network connectivity issues on their circuits. We are currently investigating the scope and cause of this problem and will update shortly when we know more.
