Customer Reachability Issue

Update – 12:22PM: If you requested a callback from Technical Support during the outage, the outage has since been resolved, and all pending callbacks have been expunged. If you are continuing to experience issues, please give technical support a call at your earliest convenience.

Update – 11:40AM: We believe a DNS issue has been identified and resolved.  Customer connectivity should be restored network wide.

As of around 11AM, we began receiving reports from customers of network connectivity issues on their circuits.  We are currently investigating the scope and cause of this problem and will update shortly when we know more.

  1. Hi, I’m in the Sunset neighborhood of SF and cannot connect to any online content, even though my network connectivity seems to be perfectly fine.

    We experienced an outage impacting a large subset of customers. This has since been resolved – are you still having issues? If so, please let us know, or give our technical support team a call at your earliest convenience.

  5. I still don’t have internet. I’m in San Mateo. “Broadband 1” led on my AT&T modem is flashing red.
