Update(4:17) Maintenance is now complete.
Tomorrow morning, 9/3/21 at 2:00am PDT, we will be performing intrusive maintenance on a small subset of customers in San Francisco. Data and voice services will be intermittent for the duration of the maintenance window while work is performed. Full restoral is expected for all users at the end of the window.

Third time of announced maintenance and their is no ‘window ‘ of time mentioned. For a internet and phone service company your communications to customers are dismal. Your service when working is great, but your lack of communication has been an area that has gotten worse not better in my years as a customer

We apologize for the lack of detail in this update. A lack of a window was an oversight which we apologize for. We’re always looking for ways to improve. The conversation of improving our outbound communications is definitely worth looking into.
