Wednesday morning (7/20/22), starting at 2:00AM, a subset of fiber customers in the San Francisco area will experience a brief service interruption while we perform maintenance on hardware serving their connections. The expected down time is about 45 minutes. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.

My internet has not returned at 114 evergreen Ave Daly City ca 94014 since last nights work outage in San Francisco. Do I need to call in to get this resolved.
