Update 10/13/22: This maintenance is now complete
Wednesday (10/12/22), starting at 11:59PM, a subset of customers in the Oakland area will experience a brief service interruption while we perform some maintenance. The expected down time is about 30 minutes while the equipment upgrades. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.
We are in Berkeley and our internet has been off for 6 hours. There are three work from home professionals who’ve had no access and no updates from you. Please advise.
