Tonight, starting at 11:59 PM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting a subset of Fusion DSL and FlexLink customers in the North Bay and East Bay. Expected down time is approximately 30 minutes. The maintenance window is 6 hours.

As of 7:30 this morning 9/20/18, still no Fusion service, Warm Springs Rd. Glen Ellen.
As of 10am this morning, service is finally restored. Tech support is very nice but has no answers about why this happened. They had made an AT&T service appointment for us (earliest available, tomorrow) but we’ve cancelled that for now since it’s working again.
It’s 6 p.m. and we have had no service all day Friday. I’ve lost an entire day.
