At 12:01 this morning, I will be performing the second and final phase of maintenance items on our databases that serve the Sonic.net Webmail interfaces During this time, there will be a slight interruption in the ability to connect to these interfaces. In no way does this effect the flow of mail, inbound/outbound, or IMAP/POP services. –Don
Update: Maintenance completed. All systems restored.
It appears that all of the webmail interfaces are down at the moment. Is this related to this maintenance, or something new?

From all I’ve been able to tell, all of our webmail interfaces are working and we’ve received no other complaints from our users. I’d suggest giving Support a call so we can further assist you.

Haven’t been able to reach my email from several different computers all day. How long will the maintenance be going on?

The maintenance window for webmail was brief, and service was restored by 1am this morning. If you’re still having an issue, I’d suggest you contact Support so we can help troubleshoot the problem.
