San Francisco – Fusion Fiber Maintenance

Beginning tonight, at midnight, we will preforming equipment upgrades to a small subset of customers with Fusion Fiber services in the San Francisco area.  Expected downtime is around 20 minutes while equipment reboots.  Maintenance should take around 2 hours to complete.

  1. Is Fiber in the Sunset still down? Power cycled my box and router and still can’t connect.

    Are you a Fiber customer in The Sunset district of SF? If so we’re experiencing an outage in your area, we’re working with our vendor to clear the outage. We do not have an ETA yet but clearing the outage is the highest priority.

    Yes service is still down in the Sunset. We’re working with our vendor to clear the outage, we don’t have an ETA yet but it is the highest priority.

    I’m sorry to hear about your connectivity issues. Are you a Fiber customer in the Sunset? If so we’re experiencing an outage but are currently working to resolve the outage.
