FYI, even though it says no service outage, I just lost connection at 12:30am while in the middle of my work. Is it possible to get alerts when there is an outage so I’m not trying to track down what’s going on and I can plan just in case it goes down like this morning? What is the expected time that this will be back online?

I’m sorry the outage caused an issue with your work. We try to let our users know at the earliest possible chance about outages. For the most up to date information, you can follow @sonic_status on twitter. We do send out mass communications to impacted users before expected repairs as well. If you’ve opted out of receiving SMS notifications from us you may not get those mass communications.
