San Francisco – Fusion DSL and Flexlink Ethernet Intrusive Maintenance

Update 3:12AM 9/10/21: This maintenance is now complete.

Tomorrow night, starting at 11:59 PM, a small subset of customers in the San Francisco area will experience a brief service interruption while we perform some maintenance. The expected down time is about 15-30 minutes while the equipment reboots. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.

  1. It is 10:30pm on Wednesday, Sept 8, night. This is not an optimal time for a service interruption! If this is scheduled maintenance which you said would occur at midnight, WTF?!

  2. I don’t know if it’s just me, but the connection dropped a couple hours before the expected interruption time. I cannot connect starting as of 10:00pm.
