Thursday (10/27/22), starting at 11:59 PM, residential and business fiber customers in the Redwood City area will experience a brief service interruption while we perform some maintenance. The expected downtime is about 30 minutes while the equipment upgrades. The maintenance window will be 4 hours.

It’d be really great if you all could, y’know, email your customers about these kinds of things instead of just praying they read your “blog”. This service interruption was likely unknown to hundreds of customers and 12am is an inconvenient time to perform this maintenance for anyone working with overseas partners or trying to reach a late night deadline. PLEASE, make it more obvious to customers when you are going to intentionally interrupt service, as this outage was very impactful to myself personally.
