Update (12:38AM): This maintenance is now complete.
Beginning tonight at midnight we will be doing maintenance on routers that serve Fusion and FlexLink customers in various areas contained within Oakland and San Francisco. Expected downtime is around 20 minutes.

Robbie…. whatever just happened around 12:30am killed my connection in SNFCCA12 in the strangest way.
If I tether from my phone, I can send traffic to my static IP; Inbound traffic works.
But transmitting back out/upstream just seems to get dropped, and I never see it on far-end destinations.
HALP!?

my fusion service in SF went down around midnight and still is out
Yeah I also lost internet around midnight, but it definitely did not come back in 20 minutes. I actually tried trouble shooting it thinking it was something else. I apparently had a working DSL uplink, but could not obtain an IP address from the gateway thus no internet. After over an hour I went to bed. I woke up probably hours later and it was still the same. Finally up now in the morning. I even tried calling customer service but since they stop at 11pm..
Whatever happened…. it’s fixed in SNFCCA12, now.
Sure would be great if support or a contact were available for late-night maintenances.
My wife just called me at work this morning (1/27). the internet is out since this morning. Is the maintenance still going on area code 94124?
