Update 4:28pm: Most users are back up but we’re still seeing some issues with intermittent service. We’re working towards getting them repaired and ETR is by 5pm.

We experienced an interruption with our Fusion Fiber services in Albany starting around 12:20pm. We are working to get regular service restored as quickly as possible but don’t have an ETR at this time.

My service in North Berkeley hasn’t been working right since about 12:30. It’s been on and off despite this resolution message, and is currently off.
As others have mentioned it came back and is now not working. Before I had no phone or fiber light and now both work but internet does not.

Still out on in Albany. Resetting the router works for about 10 minutes before it loses connection again
Hi! Still experiencing intermittent connectivity here in North Berkeley. I’ve rebooted my router several times over the last 30 min or so. Connection to the internet will come and go, so something like a video call hangs every few minutes and gets disconnected.
Up and down every few minutes or so. Down right now, West Berkeley.
Please give an ETA for a stable network.

It goes out, comes back and goes out again. I have power cycled. I have called support. They said it’s fixed. It’s now 4 pm and it’s out. It’s like I have internet for 3 minutes and then it goes out for 5 minutes, then it repeats. It’s not fixed. I called support again and I’m on hold for a call back.
Everything has been rebooted. Still down.
