Tuesday (10/4/22), starting at 1:00AM, a subset of customers in the Oakland area will experience a brief service interruption while we perform some maintenance. The expected down time is about 30 minutes while the equipment upgrades. The maintenance window will be 2 hours.

Hello sorry about the delay in our response. When it’s a General outage like that the potential for the entire town can be impacted. If it is ever in a smaller, more focused area, you will be notified individually to prepare. Sorry for the confusion about this.
I’m not in Oakland city, but nearby and my sonic is out right now. Is this the maintenance? Was it for the broader Oakland area?
