Thu Mar 6 04:56:10 PST 1997 — UUNet is using their maintenance window to upgrade some routers in Santa Clara. Unfortunately, their global routing information didn’t (and still doesn’t) match the state of their network, resulting in the unreachability of some networks between ~ 4:47 and now (4:56). We’ve shifted to the MCI circuit until the upgrades are completed — UUNet expects to be done before 6am. -Scott
