Tonight, starting at 11:59PM, we will be performing intrusive maintenance affecting a subset of Fusion and FlexLink customers in the North Bay. Expected down time is approximately 30 minutes. The maintenance window is 6 hours.
Update: The maintenance has been completed. However, a gateway router serving a subset of customers in the San Rafael area has become unresponsive. We’re currently working on resolving the issue. The ETR is 8:00am. We’ll update this post once we have more information.
Update 7:43am: The San Rafael router has been restored.
