Update 3:40am – This maintenance has been completed. A subset of customers may have experienced connectivity issues from approximately 1-3AM as we diagnosed a router bug triggered by our work. All customers should now be fully operational.
On 2/11/2021 at 11:59PM, we will be performing maintenance on hardware serving Fusion Fiber customers in San Francisco’s Mission District. We expect this work to be non-intrusive to customer traffic. The maintenance window is 4 hours.
