My internet connection has been intermittently going down/up every now and then since the maintenance. I cannot even join my work meetings properly without dropping off every few minutes.
Sorry to hear about the connection issues. Please power cycle your ONT by unplugging it from power for 30 seconds. Once the time has passed please plug back in and allow 2-3 minutes for the ONT to reboot. If the issue persists please reach out to support by texting 833-836-0300 or by emailing support@sonic.net
We’ve also had intermittent connection issues over the past few days around the Willow Glen area in San Jose. Our connection is back on but has become a bit of a concern throughout the day.
